Why we’re taking part in Black Week

Yes, we’re joining Black Week this year. And no, it’s not because we’re fans of discount fireworks or because we suddenly fell in love with the annual consumption marathon. We know how loud these days get. We also know that fair fashion often disappears in that noise.

We’re still taking part. For a very pragmatic reason.

For small sustainable labels like ours, this week plays a key role in how stable the next year will be. Fair wages, high-quality materials, short supply chains, small production runs – all of this makes our pieces valuable, but also more sensitive economically. And that’s exactly why we need visibility on days dominated by fast fashion.

At the same time, we stay true to what we stand for. Conscious consumption isn’t a slogan for us – it’s the foundation of how we run this company.

So here’s what almost no one says during Black Friday: If you don’t need anything, don’t buy anything. Truly. You’re not missing out.

And if you do need something – something that lasts, that fits well, that’s made fairly – then this is a good moment. No pressure, no manufactured urgency.

Take your time. See if there’s something that genuinely makes sense for you.
