We ship all our products with DHL GoGreen as standard. In order to prevent returns, we make a special effort to present all the important features and characteristics of the products clearly and unambiguously. In our sizing guide you will also find everything you need to know about sizes and the individual fit of the products. If you are still unsure about the right size or the right product for you, you can always contact us and we will be happy to help you!

You have 30 Days time to return unsuitable items from your order to us.
For returns from Germany and Austria ,we charge a flat fee of €4.90 per order.
For all other countries not mentioned, we ask that you
return your order at your own expense to the following address:

If you do not find a return slip in the package, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a new return slip:fraguns@erlich-textil.com
You will receive your refund from us upon receipt of the goods. As the processing may take a few days, please be patient.
We also recommend that you keep the tracking number of your return shipment so that we can check whether we have received your return in the event of any problems.
Your return is immediately sent back to our warehouse, where it is then processed under the highest hygienic guidelines and sent on in the interests of sustainability. It is therefore extremely important that your returned items are unworn and unwashed and that the original packaging is still present.
Please enclose the completed return slip with your return. If you want to return socks from a multi-pack, please return the entire pack.
If you want to return items from multiple orders in one package, please mark each order with the order number so we can match it.

The return costs for:
Germany: free of charge, the return label is enclosed with your parcel.
Austria: free of charge, the return label is enclosed with your parcel.
Europe: you have to pay the shipping by yourselve. Please just send the package back to us.
USA, worldwide: you have to pay the shipping by yourselve. Please just send the package back to us.
