We work with operations that have completed our onboarding assessment and commit to our Code of Conduct. All of them have been on board for several years.
We check compliance through annual assessments, ongoing conversations and on-site visits. What we see reflects the situation at the time of the visit. That is not seamless monitoring, and we do not claim it is.

Our collections are made by specialised operations at different locations. We leave the references to former production partners in place because we still sell items that were made there.

We can state the locations of our most important materials and production steps. Our direct contract partners (the operations that make up, knit and weave our products) are based in Portugal, Türkiye, Hungary and Germany.
Raw materials that are not grown in Europe come from further afield: our partners import cotton bales and yarn from places including the Global South. We check transaction certificates, delivery notes and invoices to trace the origin. We work with Retraced to map the supply chain digitally.
Complaints Management
We want to give all internal and external staff the opportunity to raise dissatisfaction and submit complaints. To that end we stay in close contact with our producers. If you have information about our supply chain, you can also report it anonymously through our whistleblower system.
