Our producers and production facilities are a core component of our sustainable approach. We only work with companies that have passed our strict onboarding assessment and are committed to complying with our Code of Conduct. All companies have been on board for several years – we value every relationship, including and especially the interpersonal ones. Regular assessments, discussions, and on-site visits guarantee compliance with our social and sustainability standards.

Who makes what?
Our collections are manufactured by specialized companies at different locations – this way we ensure that experts in the respective segment are at work:

- Socks: Diogo F.C. Silva, Portugal

We can specify all locations of our key materials and production steps. Our suppliers are exclusively in Europe. For raw materials not grown in Europe – such as organic cotton – our partners import the cotton bales or yarn from the Global South. We check transaction certificates, delivery notes, and invoices to trace the origin. For more transparency, we work with Retraced to digitally map our supply chains.
Complaints Management
We want to offer all internal and external employees the opportunity to express dissatisfaction and submit complaints. Our complaint management system enables transparent and effective handling of problems. We are in close contact with our producers and evaluate standards in annual assessments. If you have any concerns regarding our supply chain, you can also report them anonymously via our whistleblower system.
