The Conzelmann brothers look back with great pride on over a century of textile craftsmanship. Their company in Albstadt is one of the last fully integrated businesses of its kind in Germany: from design and knitting on around 100 machines, to bleaching, dyeing, cutting, and packaging – everything under one roof. Sewing is carried out at a partner sewing factory in Romania. We visit several times a year and have benefited from Swabian precision and craftsmanship since our founding.
Over half of our items are produced here: our underwear and nightwear collections. For our lace lingerie, we use silky soft Micromodal with recycled Q-NOVA® lace. We rely on TENCEL™ Modal from Lenzing with environmentally friendly Edelweiss technology. For our cotton basics, we use organic cotton – the yarn from India is knitted into fabrics at Conzelmann.
Modal is a type of rayon fiber made from 100% natural cellulose from beech wood. Silky soft, breathable, and sustainably produced – the ideal material for our underwear and loungewear.
