The Conzelmann brothers look back with great pride on more than a century of textile craftsmanship. The plant in Albstadt is one of the few fully integrated operations of its kind in Germany: from patterning through knitting on around 100 machines, bleaching, dyeing and cutting to packing, everything happens under one roof. Sewing is done at a partner sewing facility in Romania. We visit several times a year and have benefited from Swabian precision and craftsmanship since we were founded.
A large share of our items is made here: underwear and nightwear collections. For our lace lingerie we use micromodal with lace. For the cotton basics we use cotton; the exact quality is stated on each item. The yarn from India is knitted into fabric at Conzelmann.
Modal is one of the viscose fibres and is made from beech wood cellulose. Smooth handle, light and fine, which is why we use it for underwear and loungewear.
