Return Information
Please Note the Following:
Your return goes straight back to our warehouse, where it is prepared under the strictest hygiene guidelines and then sold again. That is why it is really important that your returned items are unworn and unwashed and that the original packaging is still there.
Please enclose the completed return slip with your return.
If you want to return socks from a multipack, please return the whole pack.
If you want to return items from several orders in one parcel, please mark each order with its order number so that we can match them.
Returns
You have 30 days to send items from your order that don't fit back to us.
For returns from Germany and Austria, we retain a flat fee of EUR 4.90 per order.
For all other countries not listed, please send your return at your own cost to the following address:

If you don't find a return slip in your parcel, please get in touch and we'll be happy to send you a new one: fraguns@erlich-textil.com
You will receive your refund from us once the goods have arrived. As processing can take a few days, we kindly ask for your patience.
We also recommend keeping the tracking number of your return so that we can check the status with the carrier if any problems arise.
