Denmark: 45 DKK - orders over 1200 DKK are shipped free of charge
Sweden: 70 SEK - orders over 1800 SEK are shipped free of charge
Norway: 80 NOK - orders over 2500 NOK are shipped free of charge
Switzerland: 8 CHF - orders over 150 CHF are shipped free of charge

Order not received

After you place your order, it will take approximately 1-3 business days for your eagerly awaited erlich order to reach you.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email including the tracking number. This allows you to easily track the status of your order.

If you wait longer than 5 business days for your order, or have not received shipping information, please feel free to contact us with your order number:

Change or cancel order

It is very important to us that you receive your orders as quickly as possible!

However, we try to make changes or cancellations where possible to avoid unnecessary deliveries. Simply email us directly at fraguns@erlich-textil.com .

Change shipping address

Address changes can only be made as long as your order has not yet been submitted to DHL.

So please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you have made a mistake, so that we can correct your address if necessary.

If you only notice the error after your order has been shipped, your package will probably not be deliverable. In this case, the return would be initiated and your package would come back to us.

Please contact us then: fraguns@erlich-textil.com - and provide us with the correct address so that we can resend your package.

Redeem voucher or discount code retrospectively

Once your order has been placed and received by us, we regret that we are no longer able to apply a voucher or discount.

If you have problems redeeming your voucher or discount code, please contact us before placing your order. We will then be happy to help you.

Delivery to a packing station

Your order can also be shipped to a Packstation.

Please note that you will need to provide a Postnummer and the Packstation number. You can enter the Postnummer in the "Company" address field and the Packstation in the "Street" field.

The Postnummer consists of 6-10 digits. You can find your Postnummer at the top right of the DHL website after logging in with your credentials, or in the DHL Paket app. It is also printed on your Packstation customer card.

Package undeliverable

If your parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to us.

If you receive this message, please contact us with your order number so we can ensure your shipping details are correct: fraguns@erlich-textil.com

Once it arrives, we will, of course, reship it at our expense.

Redeem discount code

In the checkout, under your selected products, you will find the input field "Discount Code". Here you have the option to enter the discount code and apply it to your order.

Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
Promotional vouchers may be subject to certain conditions, which are stated on the voucher. These conditions may include, for example, a minimum order value, a period of validity, or a restriction regarding specific product groups.
Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed online during the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible.

Promotional vouchers are allocated proportionally to the ordered items.

Order gift voucher

Our vouchers can be chosen with any value, and you have the option to personalize them. They are sent exclusively via email – please also check your spam folder.

Returns & Refunds

Return

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.

For returns from Germany and Austria, we charge a flat fee of 4.90 Euros per order.

From all other countries, please return your return at your own expense to the following address:

We strongly recommend sending this return insured to avoid any problems.

Upon receipt of the goods, you will receive your refund from us. As processing may take a few days, we ask for your patience.

We also recommend keeping the tracking number of your return so that we can check if your return has arrived should any problems occur.

Please note the following important points:

Your return goes directly back to our warehouse, where it is then processed under the highest hygienic standards and sent out again in the spirit of sustainability. Therefore, it is super important that your returned items are unworn and unwashed and the original packaging is still present.

Please enclose the return slip with the completed return reasons with your return so that we can assign your shipment directly.

If you want to return an item from a multipack, we ask you to return the entire pack. Because, as is well known, what belongs together should not be separated.

If you want to return items from two or more orders in one package, please remember to separate them spatially from each other (for example, with a rubber band). Please also mark the respective order with the order number so that we can assign them.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot process an exchange in our system; for the new item, please place a new order.

take-back

We also offer a take-back scheme. You can find out more about it here.

Return of Items from a Multipack

If you wish to return an item from a multipack, we kindly ask you to return the entire pack. After all, you shouldn't separate what belongs together.

Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to refund this return.

Refund for an order paid with a gift voucher

When refunding orders that were partially paid with a voucher, the chargeback is proportionally distributed between the voucher card and the payment method used for the order, provided the voucher did not cover the full amount. If it did, the amount will be fully credited back to the voucher.

Your original voucher code will then automatically become active again, but you will also receive an email detailing how much credit you have on your voucher and how much has been refunded to the payment method used.

Missing Reimbursement

Once your return has been received, it will be processed and refunded within two weeks.

If you have been waiting longer than two weeks for your refund, please contact us and send us the tracking number of your return and your order number to: fraguns@erlich-textil.com. This will enable us to check if your return has been received.

Important: If you did not return your item using our return label or our link, we cannot assume liability for your return or refund lost returns/items.

If you believe that we have refunded you too little, please contact us immediately: fraguns@erlich-textil.com

We will gladly check this for you and refund the missing amount immediately.

Complaint about a defective item

Should one of your erlich items show material damage, we ask you to send us a few photos of the affected item, clearly showing the problem. We also need your order number and a precise list of the affected item(s): fraguns@erlich-textil.com

Afterwards, you will receive a complaint link and further information from us, if applicable.

Like you, we care deeply that the sustainability of our products does not only refer to the materials and colors used or timeless design, but is also reflected in quality and durability.

Together we will find a positive solution for you!

A helpful tip that we have been communicating in our online shop for a long time: Please be sure to observe our care instructions and wash your erlich items on a delicate cycle with delicate detergent and in a laundry bag. However, you should definitely avoid heavy-duty detergents - this applies especially to our items made of Modal.

Our payment options are processed via an external service provider. All our payment service providers work with the highest security standards to protect your and our data and to enable a smooth and worry-free payment process.

We cannot always offer all payment methods to all customers at all times. The approval of payment methods is re-checked for each order by an automated process. We ask for your understanding. Further explanations on the individual payment methods and payment service providers can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Payment with a voucher

In the checkout, below your selected products, you will find the input field 'Gift Voucher'. Here you have the option to enter the voucher code and use it for payment.

If an item is refunded, the refund will be proportionally distributed between the voucher card and the payment method used for the order.

Invoice not received

The invoice for your order is not included in the package but will be sent to you separately via email. Please also check your spam folder.

If you ordered via "purchase on account," you will also receive an invoice from PayPal or Klarna, including the bank details of that payment service provider.

Received reminder

With "purchase on account," Klarna has advanced the total amount of your order to us. Therefore, you do not "owe" us the invoice amount, but Klarna. For questions regarding a payment reminder or dunning letter, please contact Klarna directly, as we cannot initiate or cancel dunning letters or collection notices.

If you chose "purchase on account" and register a return, we recommend that you pay the invoice in full beforehand. Due to the processing time for a return of up to two weeks, you might otherwise receive payment reminders or even a dunning letter. After your return has been received, you will of course receive a refund.

If you are unsure whether everything has been correctly accounted for regarding your refund, please contact us at fraguns@erlich-textil.com with the tracking number of your return, and we will gladly check it for you. :)

However, please note that Klarna is an external payment provider that you independently choose when making a purchase. Unfortunately, we have no influence on their internal processes, dunning, payment terms, etc.

Availability

Availability of our items

We always try to keep all items in stock, but unfortunately, we don't always succeed.

Generally, we receive new stock for most products from our manufacturer every 6 weeks.

However, "Home" products are an exception. These require a longer replenishment time. Therefore, it can sometimes take up to 8 weeks for them to be available again.

You can sign up to be notified by email when your desired item is back in stock. Simply go to the respective product page and leave your email address.

We hope that your desired item will be among them, but unfortunately, we cannot promise it.

Production Conditions and Producers

We are very interested in long-term and trusting relationships with our producers. That is why it is important for us to maintain intensive contact and plan regular on-site visits. This allows us to get a first-hand impression of the conditions and to coordinate materials, ingredients, and samples in close cooperation. Our focus is on production taking place in Europe to ensure short delivery routes and more reliable supply chains.

Materials

It is very important to us to select materials that conserve resources.
In addition to organic cotton (kbA), we very often use Lenzing MicroModal® for our textiles, a cellulose fiber obtained from beech wood, which is extremely light, soft, and supple.

Certification

The producers we work with are responsible for their own certifications, meaning they are primarily certified themselves.

We ourselves bear the GOTS seal and the Green Button for our children's underwear items. This is possible because our producer already holds the GOTS certificate for these products.

In addition, products made from Lenzing MicroModal® are awarded the "PETA-Approved Vegan" label.

GOTS

GOTS is the world's leading standard in the textile industry, covering a wide range of high environmental and social criteria. It is important to know that only textiles made from at least 70% organically produced natural fibres are allowed to bear the GOTS label. GOTS-certified products give you the assurance that sustainable production of textiles is guaranteed along the entire production chain: from the extraction of raw fibres to environmentally sound and socially responsible manufacturing to the labelling of the final products.

Even if producers we work with have a GOTS certificate, we are not allowed to officially communicate this or advertise it unless we ourselves have also been certified for the respective products.

The Green Button

At erlich textil, all Kids underwear items are certified with the Green Button.
As the first state seal, the Green Button stands for socially and ecologically sustainably produced textiles. We believe that a change towards a better textile industry can only happen together and with the initiative of political actors. With 46 social and environmental criteria, not only our products but the entire company was thoroughly checked: from A for wastewater limit values to Z for prohibition of forced labour. Independent inspection bodies ensure transparency and security in certification and seal awarding.

"PETA-Approved Vegan"

The "PETA-Approved Vegan" label was developed specifically for the clothing industry to facilitate conscious consumption and to easily and clearly identify animal-free products. In plain language: if you see this seal, you can be sure that no animal suffered for this item and that it is 100% vegan. Currently, all products made from Lenzing MicroModal® are covered by the label.

Transport routes

Production with our Portuguese partners takes place locally in Portugal. The goods are then transported by land to our warehouse in Germany.

All textiles are now also 100% climate-neutral - because we have offset all emissions released along the entire value chain with ClimatePartner through a climate protection project.

This means that every textile you find with us - from bralettes, to briefs and T-shirts, to bed linen - is 100% climate-neutral and marked accordingly with a label on the product page. Find out more here.
