Our payment options are handled by an external service provider. All our payment service providers work with the highest security standards to protect your and our data and to enable a smooth and carefree payment process.
We cannot offer all payment methods to all customers at all times. The release of the payment methods is checked again for each order by an automated procedure. We ask for your understanding. You will find more detailed explanations of the individual payment methods and payment service providers in our terms and conditions.
In the shopping cart within your selected products you will find the input field 'gift card'. There you have the possibility to enter the voucher code and pay with it.
If this is not the case, or if you have any problems redeeming your gift card, please contact us at fraguns@erlich-textil.de
When an item is refunded, the chargeback will be divided proportionally between the gift card and the payment method used when ordering.
How do I receive my invoice?
The invoice for your order is not included in the package, but will be sent to you separately by email. Please check your spam folder as well. If you have ordered by "purchase on account" you will also receive an invoice from Klarna, including the bank details.nbsp;
I have received a reminder, what can I do?
If you ordered "purchase on account" Klarna has advanced the total amount of your order to us. Therefore, you do not "owe" the invoice amount to us, but to Klarna. If you have any questions regarding a payment request or reminder, please contact Klarna directly, as we can neither initiate nor cancel reminders or collection letters. If you have chosen "purchase on account" and register a return, we recommend that you pay the invoice fullyreceipt for the time being. Due to the processing time of a return of up to two weeks, you will otherwise possibly receive requests for payment or even a reminder. After we receipt your return you will of course receive a refund. If you are unsure whether everything has been entered correctly regarding your refund, please contact us at fraguns@erlich-textil.com with the tracking number of your return and we will be happy to check it for you :) Please note, however, that Klarna is an external payment provider, which you decide for yourself when buying. Unfortunately we have no influence on their internal processes, reminders, payment terms, etc.
How can I buy a voucher from you?
The value of our vouchers can be chosen freely. They are sent exclusively by email - please also check your spam folder. If you did not receive the email please contact us at fraguns@erlich-textil.com
