We ship all our products with DHL GoGreen as standard. In order to prevent returns, we make a special effort to present all the important features and characteristics of the products clearly and unambiguously. In our sizing guide you will also find everything you need to know about sizes and the individual fit of the products. If you are still unsure about the right size or the right product for you, you can always contact us and we will be happy to help you!

Please note that the delivery time information on the respective product page always corresponds to shipping within Germany.

Within Germany: 2-3 weekdays.
Within the EU, outside of Germany: up to 7 working days.
Outside the EU*: up to 14 working days.

*For goods deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. We are not responsible for any customs costs that may be incurred.

From 01.11.2022 - 31.12.2022 we ship free of charge to all countries inside and outside the EU. 

Our usual shipping costs:

Austria: 5,95€
Countries within the EU: 9,90€
Countries outside of the EU*: 12,90€

From a minimum order value of 50€ (value of goods) we ship to all countries inside and outside the EU free of shipping costs.

Free Return Shipping


From 01.11.2022 - 31.12.2022 we extend the return period to 60 days!

A free return is only possible within Germany and from Austria.

You can return the item(s) to us using our returns portal, even if you ordered as a guest.

Upon receipt of the goods you will receive your refund from us. Since the processing may take a few days, we ask for your patience.

We also recommend that you keep the tracking number of your return so that we can verify that we received your return, in case any problems arise.

From all other countries you have to pay for the return costs yourself unfortunately.

Your return is immediately sent back to our warehouse, where it is processed under the highest hygienic guidelines and further shipped in the spirit of sustainability. Therefore, it is super important that your returned items are unworn, unwashed and that the original packaging is still present.

You do not need to include a return bill with your return. If you would like to provide us with feedback on reasons for your return, please contact us by email.

If you want to return an item from a multi-pack, please return the entire pack.

If you want to return erlich body products please note that the items are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the hygiene seal has been broken.

If you want to return items from multiple orders in one package, please mark each order with the order number so we can match it.
