With our erlich whistleblower system, we aim to empower the voices of individuals and organizations, such as non-governmental organizations, companies, or associations, who are directly or indirectly affected by the work of erlich textil. Therefore, this is a whistleblower system developed exclusively for matters related to our supply chain and textile production. Although we take fundamental safety precautions in the form of certifications, risk analyses, regular assessments, producer discussions, and visits (the latter, if Covid permits), with this system we want to go a step further and offer a way to draw attention to potential improvements or grievances anonymously. Our greatest aspiration is to exert a positive influence on the clothing industry, and we hope that others will follow our example as whistleblowers.
Here you will find the erlich Code of Conduct, our code of conduct, which is based on relevant frameworks such as the ILO core labor standards, the UN Human Rights Charter, and the European Convention on Human Rights. It includes ecological and social guidelines to which all our partners are committed.
As an extension of our safety and external complaint mechanisms, we are very pleased about the launch of the whistleblower system.
