To anticipate: The perfect sustainable material does not exist. Each raw material has advantages and disadvantages, depending on its use. We at erlich textil take a close look at what our products are made of and always choose the most sustainable alternative. It is important to always consider the entire life cycle: Under what conditions is a raw material cultivated or extracted? How is it processed and refined? How does the material behave in use? Do microplastics exist? Can it ultimately be recycled and returned to the cycle?
