What kind of topics and content do you talk about within the clique?
As an erlich friends member, you'll always be the first to know when we launch new products or start a sale. We also regularly show you community inspiration on how to style and combine our items. Of course, you'll also receive information about important events and campaigns that stand against the climate catastrophe and for a world worth living in.
What do you mean by product tests? Do I get free products from you?
Yes, exactly, you can become an erlich product tester. Once per quarter, so every 3 months, we launch a free product test. For this, we send out a questionnaire to all erlich friends in advance and select several product testers who receive our latest and best products free of charge for testing. These can then also be kept ;). In return, we appreciate an honest review and nice videos and pictures.
Does free shipping apply to all orders?
Free shipping applies to all orders, as long as you order with the email address you used to register for erlich friends.
Huh? I still see shipping costs in my cart?
This can happen if you haven't logged into your customer account. Don't worry, as soon as you log in with your email address at checkout, the shipping costs will be reduced to zero.
Are returns also free for erlich friends?
Yes, returns are free of charge within Germany and Austria. For more information, please visit our support pages.
If I unsubscribe from ehrlich friends, will I still receive free shipping?
No, once you are logged out, our normal shipping costs will apply again. You can find all details on our Support pages.
How do I unsubscribe from erlich friends?
No hard feelings. Please feel free to tell us why and what we can do better at fraguns@erlich-textil.com. You can easily unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in the erlich friends emails.
What about the erlich newsletter? Is it no longer available?
Same same but different. erlich friends is essentially our newsletter program, but with more benefits for you! So you won't miss out on anything, quite the opposite.
