Return Information
Please Note the Following:
Your return goes straight back to our warehouse, where it's processed under the highest hygiene standards and cared for in the spirit of sustainability. That's why it's really important that your returned items are unworn and unwashed and the original packaging is still intact.
Please include the completed return slip with your shipment.
If you want to return items from a multi-pack, we ask that you return the entire pack.
If you want to return items from multiple orders in one package, please mark each order with its order number so we can assign them correctly.
Returns
You have 30 days to return items from your order that don't fit right.
For returns from Germany and Austria, we charge a flat fee of €4.90 per order.
For all other countries not listed, please return your items at your own cost to the following address:

If you don't find a return slip in your package, please contact us and we'll be happy to send you a new one:fraguns@erlich-textil.com
Once we receive your items, you'll get your refund from us. Since processing can take a few days, we ask for your patience.
We also recommend keeping your return tracking number so we can check whether your return has been received in case of any issues.
