What business underwear needs
If you wear a suit or shirt daily, you know: the wrong underwear shows through, chafes at the waistbandor traps heat. Business underwear must do three things: fit discreetly, not chafe, remain comfortable all day long.
Why Lyocell dominates here
Lyocellhas a smoother surface structurethan cotton: it is less bulky under a suit and shows through less. The fiber is produced using a closed-loop process, in which over 99% of the solvent is recovered.
Cotton as an alternative
Cottonalso works for business, especially in cooler temperaturesor if you prefer its feel. It is minimally bulkier than Lyocell, but in modern cuts (narrow waistband, flat seams) the difference is slight.
No Modal for men
We only carry Modal for women. For men, we cover the silky-smooth category with Lyocell.
Which cuts for business
- Boxer shorts: classic, covers the thigh.
- Trunks: close-fitting, shorter, ideal under suit trousers.
- Long pants: close-fitting, longer leg, perfect for sports.
- Undershirt(deep neckline): under the shirt, as a sweat-wicking layer.

All models are manufactured in Portugal, using Lyocell or cotton. Our production facilities are registered via Retraced and we know all of our producers personally.

Do boxers show through suit trousers?
For slim-fit suits: trunks are the safer choice because they are shorter. For regular cuts: Lyocell boxers are discreet.
What to do about sweating under a shirt?
Lyocell undershirtwith a deep V-neck: acts as a layer between skin and shirt and adds almost no bulk.
Are there special business colors?
Classic: black, gray, navy, white. These tones hardly shine through under a shirt.
Trunks or boxers under a suit?
Trunks for slim fits. Boxers for looser ones. Trying them out is recommended: 30-day return policy.
