Giving something good back
We want to support projects that are close to our hearts – from women's rights in the textile industry to clean drinking water and intergenerational coexistence.
This year, we introduced the "Social Day," where our team participated in Cycling Without Age – an initiative that offers rickshaw rides to seniors through their neighborhoods. It's available in many places worldwide, and we highly recommend it!
With our annual Equal Pay Day campaign, we generated a total of €8,086 for the Munich Women's Interests Association (Münchner Verein für Fraueninteressen e.V.), which advocates for equal participation in society, the economy, and politics.
With "20% for you - 10% for a good cause" we generated a total of €70,216 for FEMNET e.V. in Bonn. The money went to partner organizations that advocate for better working conditions for women in the textile industry.
Together with The Female Company, we developed the Zora underwear – for those days when women have their period. With every "get-comfy" box sold, a donation was made to Pads for Girls to provide women in India with washable cloth pads. Result: approximately €1,000.
COVID-19 has hit the textile industry hard, exacerbating poverty in Bangladesh. A donation to Drip by Drip helped install water filters and provided families with access to clean drinking water.
