Giving something good back
We support projects that matter to us: from women's rights in the textile industry to clean drinking water and bringing generations together. Here you can see what we did and when, with the year and the amount.
In 2022 we introduced our "Social Day" and took part as a team in Cycling Without Age (Radeln ohne Alter), an initiative that offers senior citizens rickshaw rides through their neighbourhood. It exists in many places around the world and we warmly recommend it!
With our annual Equal Pay Day campaign we raised a total of €8,086 in 2021 and 2022 for Münchner Verein für Fraueninteressen e.V., which works for equal participation in society, the economy and politics.
With “20 % for you, 10 % for a good cause” we raised a total of €70,216 for FEMNET e.V. in Bonn between 2018 and 2021. The money went to partner organisations working for better working conditions for women in the textile industry.
Together with The Female Company, we developed the Zora brief in 2019: for the days when you have your period. For every "get-comfy" box sold, a donation went to Pads for Girls to provide women in India with washable cloth pads. Result: around €1,000.
COVID-19 hit the textile industry hard and deepened poverty in Bangladesh. A donation to Drip by Drip funded the installation of water filters in 2020, giving families access to clean drinking water.
