§ 1 Organiser

The organiser of the “Project 500 Bras” promotion (hereinafter
“Promotion”) is Vorfreude GmbH, Wilhelm-Mauser-Str. 14-16, 50827 Cologne,
Germany (hereinafter “erlich textil” or “Organiser”).

§ 2 Promotion period

The Promotion starts on 12 May 2026 at 10:00 (CEST) and
ends on 1 June 2026 at 23:59 (CEST). The redemption period for prize codes
ends on 15 June 2026 (14 days after drop day, 2 June 2026).

Signing up to the waitlist after 1 June 2026 is no
longer possible. Sign-ups up to this point will be taken fully
into account.

§ 3 Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to natural persons
who:

were at least 18 years old
at the time of sign-up,

-     
are resident in Germany,

-     
have not yet placed an order at erlich-textil.com
(new customers),

-     
register via the sign-up form at
erlich-textil.com/pages/500bras.

Excluded from participation are: existing customers
(persons with at least one previous order at erlich-textil.com),
employees of Vorfreude GmbH and their relatives, and affiliated
companies.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation
where there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation or abuse.

§ 4 Sign-up and participation

Participation takes place in two steps:

1.    
Registration at erlich-textil.com/pages/500bras with
email address and first name (mandatory fields). Optional: entering the
Instagram handle (without @, e.g. “annamustermann”). The Instagram handle
is required solely for crediting social media points and
can be added at a later point via
erlich-textil.com/pages/500bras/profile-update.

2.    
Collecting points under § 5 of these terms in order to reach
the highest possible rank on the waitlist.

Only one sign-up per person is permitted.
Multiple sign-ups using different email addresses will lead to exclusion.

§ 5 Points system and ranking

5.1 Ways to earn points

5.2 Technical requirements for social media points

Social media points are only awarded if:

the Instagram handle is saved in the profile,

-     
@erlich_textil is set as an active sticker (Story) or as an
@ mention in the caption or tag field (Reel/feed); tags burned into the
image are not detected,

-     
for Reels and feed posts, a valid permalink
(instagram.com/reel/... or instagram.com/p/...) is sent by direct message to
@erlich_textil.

Each post is counted once per day. Permalinks already
submitted are not counted again.

5.3 Referrals

There is no limit on referrals. A referral counts as
successful if the invited person signs up to the waitlist via the personal
referral link and meets the eligibility requirements
under § 3.

5.4 Ranking

The ranking is calculated daily and is based on the
total points score (sum of all points collected). In the event of a tie,
the earliest sign-up time decides. The final ranking will be frozen on 1 June
2026 at 23:59.

§ 6 Prizes and discounts

6.1 Top 500 places (100% discount)

The 500 participants with the highest total points score
will receive by email a personalised single discount code entitling them to one Iconic
Lace Triangle Bra in Shadow Black free of charge (RRP €75). Orders
can only be placed via erlich-textil.com. Shipping costs of
€4.95 are not covered by the Organiser.

The code can be used once and is valid exclusively for
the Iconic Lace Triangle in Shadow Black. It is not transferable and cannot
be paid out in cash.

6.2 Tiered discounts for places 501+

Participants from place 501 onwards receive the following discount codes, depending on their

All discount codes are valid on the entire range at
erlich-textil.com, with the exception of sale items and gift vouchers. Cannot be
combined with other discount promotions, coupons or vouchers. Single
use only.

6.3 Voucher for existing customers

Existing customers who successfully invite friends to the
waitlist receive a discount voucher worth €20 for each successful referral
(minimum order value €100, maximum 5 vouchers per person = €100).
Valid for 60 days from issue. Cannot be combined with other discounts,
one voucher valid per order. Cannot be redeemed against gift vouchers.

§ 7 Redemption and expiry

All codes and vouchers must be redeemed within 14 days of
being issued (drop day: 2 June 2026). Once this period has expired,
unredeemed codes lose their validity, with no entitlement to
extension or replacement.

There is no reallocation of Top 500 places to other
participants. Unredeemed Top 500 codes expire.

§ 8 Disqualification and spot checks

8.1 Spot check procedure

The Organiser is entitled to check a daily sample of the
100 participants with the most points to verify whether the requirements for the
credited points have actually been met (in particular: a correctly
set @ tag).

8.2 Disqualification

If a spot check reveals discrepancies
(e.g. a missing @erlich_textil tag), the points concerned will be
removed retroactively. The person concerned will be informed via Instagram
direct message.

8.3 Objection procedure

An objection to a disqualification can be lodged within 48 hours by
email to fraguns@erlich-textil.com. A screenshot of the post in question, including the visible
@ tag, must be attached. The
Organiser will review the case and communicate the outcome within 3 working days.
Points wrongly removed will be restored.

§ 9 Data protection

The controller responsible for data processing is Vorfreude
GmbH, Wilhelm-Mauser-Str. 14-16, 50827 Cologne, Germany, email:
fraguns@erlich-textil.com.

As part of participation in the Promotion, personal
data of participants is processed, in particular to run the Promotion,
to manage participation and to calculate points and
placings.

Further information on the processing of personal
data, in particular on purposes, legal bases, recipients, service providers
used, third-country transfers, storage period and the rights of

§ 10 Note on Instagram / Meta

This Promotion is organised exclusively by Vorfreude GmbH
(erlich textil). Instagram and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. are
neither sponsors nor co-organisers of this Promotion and accept no
liability whatsoever in connection with it. All questions and concerns must be
addressed exclusively to fraguns@erlich-textil.com, not to Instagram or
Meta.

Use of Instagram features (mentions,
direct messages) is subject to the applicable
Instagram Terms of Use. Participants are themselves responsible for
ensuring that their posts comply with Instagram’s guidelines.

§ 11 Liability

The Organiser is not liable for technical faults,
interruptions or outages of third-party platforms (Instagram,
ManyChat, Viral Loops, Klaviyo, Shopify), unless these were caused intentionally or
through gross negligence.

No liability is accepted for the loss or delay of, or errors in, the
transmission of points as a result of technical faults.
The Organiser reserves the right to correct errors in the points system
retrospectively.

§ 12 Reservation of changes and early termination

The Organiser reserves the right to change, extend or end the Promotion early at any time without
prior notice,
in particular if proper running cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal
reasons. In such a case,
participants have no entitlement to compensation or damages.

Should the total number of qualified sign-ups be below
1,000, the Organiser reserves the right to reduce the number of products
handed out free of charge to 250.

§ 13 Other provisions

-     
Cash payment of prizes, codes or vouchers is
excluded.

-     
Codes and vouchers are not transferable.

-     
Recourse to the courts is excluded.

-     
Should individual provisions of these
terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the
remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

§ 14 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of
Germany applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with
this Promotion is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Vorfreude GmbH.
