Questions & answers
I'm already an erlich friend. Do I need to sign up here?
No. As an erlich friend, you'll get the code with our newsletter. If you want to be sure, you can also sign up here.
How do the tiers work?
One code for all tiers: from €100 basket value you get 20% off all full-price items, from €150 30% and from €200 40%. The tier depends on your total basket value.
Does the code also apply to reduced items?
No. Items that are already reduced won't be discounted further. But they count towards your basket value and get you to the next tier faster. The code can't be combined with other codes.
When does it start?
For erlich friends, the pre-access starts on Friday, 6 November, at 8 am (CET). Until Sunday, you shop exclusively.
